Rebooking:

It is recommended that you book your next service before you leave so I can accommodate your schedule. Last minute appointment requests are very difficult to accommodate and I want to be sure I can make time to see you again!

Late Policy: 

Please contact me to let me know if you are running late. Accommodating late appointments is often difficult without disrupting every other guest's schedules that day. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will need to reschedule.

Child Policy:

Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service.

No child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We love children but it does pose a safety risk and can disrupt the relaxation of other guests.

Confirmation Text Messages:

Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a text message promptly conforming your appointment. Square generates several reminder messages regarding your appointment.  

Please be sure to confirm through the link provided. 

In the event you don't receive a text conformation, please notify me immediately. 

New Color Clients:

If you are a new client booking a color service and have any box color on your hair you will need to schedule a consultation prior to your service. 

Some box color (especially dark dyes) are very stubborn to remove and at times it simply cannot be lifted from the hair.

We can discuss your options during your consultation. 

Fashion colors, or color correction clients must have a consultation prior to service.
